It does the body good!Fyi, Wisdom of the Ancients brand has yerba mate royale with sweetleaf stevia, and you can get it in vanilla, lemon, and chai flavors, as well as plain!  They also have mate without stevia, too.  I really trust the brand--can you tell?</description>

		<description>I am very surprised if medium to dark roasted coffee retains more antioxidants.  It seems that a light roast which is cooked less would retain more like in food that is cooked at a lower temp and a shorter length of time.</description>
