		<description>Chris, I&#039;m glad you didn&#039;t quote the popular &#039;eat meals every 2-3 hours&#039; myth.  It&#039;s great to have a high metabolism but at the same time we don&#039;t want our bodies to be continually needing to produce insulin.

One of the things that supercharged my metabolism was the Warrior Diet.  I don&#039;t follow it to the letter any more but when I did I was a fat burning machine, let me tell you!</description>
