Couldn&#039;t agree more.  I too fall victim to the voice in my head at times usually picking up on negative thoughts and running with them.

I too find a good run a great way of thinkng about things in a far more positive manner.  Cutting negativ thoughts out when they arise is a skill I&#039;m still trying to grasp.
