@ No Diet: Thats awesome that Jamba Juice make a smoothie primarily from berries (sure it helps keep the sugar down) Will definitely check it next time at a JJ...Thanks for the tip.

@ Methuselah: Its funny you say that but I used to do it on occasions but with primarily egg white omelets (2 full eggs 3 whites) and it tastes great, sprinkle with some cinnamon and drizzle with a bit of honey and your golden!!:)

oh yeah, speaking of blueberries and smoothies, Jamba Juice's Blueberry Fulfillment Sixteen is in the category of 'under 180 calories'. Although not closed to a home made smoothie, among the other higher calorie smoothies, it is worth checking out if you go to JJ. It tastes good too.

@ Warren: Thats awesome must be really cool living in Thailand, what you miss in Blueberries I am sure the local produce makes up for!!! If you can find canned pumpkin try mixing in the frozen blueberries and 1 scoop of Vanilla whey, give it 30 minutes to defrost the blueberries and it tastes amazing!

Too true. I love these bad boys too, although being in Thailand I have to buy them frozen but still I love throwing some in my smoothies frozen just because of the health punch they pack.
