the sample workout looks great.

I don&#039;t quite get it. Should all sets (15-8-4)of an exercise be done before moving to another exercise or should the workout be done as a circuit (first doing all exercises with 15 reps and than all exercises with 8 reps,...).

&lt;strong&gt;@ Dboy: Yup -  all sets (15-8-4)of an exercise be done before moving to another exercise. So basically do each exercise for 15, 8 then 4 reps and then move onto the next exercise. Take breaks to catch breath but nothing too long. It is basically a take on Art DeVanys power law training system.&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
