		<description>Very nice post.  Just what I needed to read.  Doing it for 2 weeks only might just be the start I need on a road to better health and fitness and peace of mind.  I like what someone else wrote about getting back to the fitness level I enjoyed until a few years ago.  I am 51 now, and I let myself go and gained 30 lbs.  I had been in great shape even after having 5 children.  I&#039;m going to take your advice, and thank you.

Just make improvements to the three areas of your lifestyle slowly but steadily. Don&#039;t see things as a diet or temporary solution but rather as a lifestyle change. I agree that nacking on high protein foods is a must, especially if you&#039;re trying to get/keep your weight down.</description>

I am a 56 year old &quot;baby boomer&quot; who is the process of returning to the health and fitness I had in my early twenties... but doing so over a slower, more intelligent pace - none of this fit by next Friday stuff.  I really like the practicality of the post; you can do these things over time and make the incremental adjustments so you don&#039;t burn out and continue to make steady progress.  I am definitely going to link this at my website.</description>

I&#039;ve also switched to using olive oil or coconut oil as my moisturizer.  Feels great, saves time, and it is much less expensive than other moisturizers.</description>
