		<description>Living in the UK the reality is there are probably more rainy days than fair weather days.  For people who don&#039;t have a gym membership or aren&#039;t motivated to get there home workouts are a great option.  The 200 Push-Up challenge could be done for other bodyweight exercises - squats / lunges / situps etc.  Might give it a go today!</description>

		<description>I enjoy running in the rain.  Unless there is a hurricane outside, you can run in the rain without it really effecting your work out.  It refreshes you and makes you feel more &quot;hard core.&quot;  Runners don&#039;t get rained out, they get rained on.</description>
